Still alive.
February 1, 2010It’s been a difficult week for our family as William’s grandma has been in the hospital. We are now just playing the waiting game as they are just keeping her comfortable. Although it may be the end here on Earth, we are rejoicing that we will see her again in heaven. I spent a little time with her in the hospital tonight and there was such a sweet spirit in that room, despite all the machines, beeps and other “stuff.” I am so grateful for the wonder heritage she represents and will leave for future generations to come. If you would, keep our family in your prayers over the next few days as we wait.
I’ve been out shooting tons, but have been struggling to keep up with everything. This pic was a favorite of mine from a Christmas Eve shoot as was taken literally on the way back to the car. I just love fur hoods and how they frame the face, don’t you?

Angela2932: Beautiful shot! I love your processing in this photo. My thoughts are with you during this sad time for your family.
Amy: your family has been in my thoughts and prayers!
bobbi: Very beautiful, I just love this processing in winter scenes. Prayers for Williams grandma.
Celine: Beautiful shot!
Momma: There is something special about this picture; I think it is her eyes. She is looking right into our souls.
denita: Great shot - I love "fur frames" as well!
